Abstract

My master’s thesis focuses on the creation of a theoretical framework for analyzing the operational levels of development aid programs. The framework emphasizes the importance of analyzing the internal structure and inner workings of development programs when determining political meaning. It provides a roadmap for “sub-institutional” QCA and relational analysis utilizing these operational levels
